As a fourth-year postgraduate medical student with a 2:1 (Upper Second-Class Honours) BSc in Biomedical Sciences and A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths, I’ve spent the last seven years turning complex scientific concepts into clear, easy-to-grasp explanations. Experience: My teaching journey began in 2018–19 when, as a Year 13 student, I volunteered to tutor mathematics at my sixth-form college. I worked with students 1-1 at weekly workshops for Year 12s and created step-by-step practice sheets that helped classmates lift their mock-exam grades.

During the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown I pivoted online, serving as a remote “reading buddy” for primary pupils aged 7–10 whose first language was not English, blending phonics games with comprehension chats to keep engagement high despite the distance.

Since 2022, alongside my medical studies, I have designed and delivered small-group tutorials for first-year medical students in anatomy, physiology and study skills.
