My lessons are mainly online which has proved to be very successful with my students as I have continued to teach them this way since March.
A leading mathematics teacher in schools and a GCSE maths teacher in F.E. Studied mathematics to degree level and my teaching was graded outstanding. As a headteacher and mathematics co-ordinator I was responsible for whole school standards in mathematics.
I teach KS3, GCSE and level 2 Further Maths.
Following assessment, I take a flexible approach where I can both work on the areas of maths that need development and also support school maths lessons. A focus of my lessons is the development of problem solving and reasoning skills which is essential in order to achieve a good grade in the 9-1 GCSE.
