After gaining distinctions with my ABRSM exams I studied Violin with Felix Kok (former leader of the Birmingham Symphony Orchestra) before attending Trinity College of Music where I focused on Violin, Piano (joint first studies) and Voice as an additional study. I also gained my equity card by performing on the piano/voice so have television acting experience too. I am currently offering online teaching to my students.

Availability: I am available during the mornings for my adult/retired students and later for school students but flexible to fit in with all enquiries.

Experience: I have worked for Warwickshire Music Service since 1997 teaching violin, piano and electronic keyboard in primary and secondary schools. I have been rated as outstanding and am DBS checked. During this time I have also taught privately entering my students for ABRSM and Trinity exams. Many have gained distinctions and merits but I am happy to teach students who do not wish to take exams. I teach grades 1 - 8 and theory grades 1 - 5. During my career I have played in orchestras, participated in choirs, performed for weddings and other social events, accompanied soloists, examinations and a ballet school. Also played the church organ for services.
