Hi there,

My name is Nick, and I want to help YOU improve your German or English!

Perhaps you`ve tried things like DuoLingo, or independent study, or perhaps you`ve even thought it would a good idea to go for the cheapest possible tuition to save money. If you`re reading this, it means that probably didn`t work out, right ?!

I`m half-Greek/half-Swiss (meaning a native speaker of both German and Greek) and I studied English Language and Literature at the University of Athens. I also hold a Master of Arts in Acting from the University of Essex because I trained as an actor after my language studies - meaning I`m great with with people and keeping them engaged.

Whether you want to improve for your professional or personal development, or whether you`re looking to get a head start for your GCSEs or A-Levels next year, fret not - get in touch, and we can tackle it.

Availability: Changes, but I`m generally more available on weekdays during the day, as most people want lessons on weekday evenings and these are the time slots that book out first.

Experience: I have over a decade of experience teaching children and adults from vastly different industries (performing arts, language, sailing, customer service, digital media). I have done both 1:1 and group lessons, including group workshops on English Literature for teenagers on behalf of King`s College London. I was also one of the in-house tutors for London Brookes College during this school year (2017-2018), teaching German.

I have also served as an examiner for the A-Level and (I)GCSE German oral examinations, on behalf of Edexcel and AQA.
