I am a dedicated and passionate teacher with 15 years of experience. I have been lucky enough to have had the chance to work in a wide variety of primary schools, from large inner-city London schools to small village schools, and everything in between. I believe working in such a range of schools, with so many unique learners and needs, has made me a more well-rounded and effective teacher.

I know that no two learners are alike: each has their own strengths, areas for development and features that make them amazing. I use an adaptive and nurturing approach, rooted in strong curriculum knowledge, to turn weaknesses into strengths. My lessons are engaging and fun, but always focused on the learning needs of the child.

I specialise in tutoring maths, English and 11+ preparation. As a primary school teacher I am equally confident tutoring on any other aspect of the Key Stage 2 curriculum in which a child needs reinforcement.

Outside of work, I love running marathons, playing the piano and losing at Pokemon cards to my two boys!
