Information about Jon

I am a professional teacher who loves teaching Science.
I`d like to help increase your knowledge understanding and interest in Science. In particular Biology and Chemistry to prepare students and to:
- boost general knowledge and confidence in all 3 Sciences
- help with students preparing for
11+ and 13+ Examinations and
- to prepare students for GCSE examinations.

Availability: Available all year round - evenings during term time and most days during holidays
But this can be flexible and dependent upon upcoming exams and specific student needs.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I have taught Chemistry and Biology up to GCSE (both KS3 and KS4)for the past 8 years in both the state and private sector.
I have an excellent success rate with both high flying pupils as well as increasing the achievement for those who find these subjects more of a challenge.

Jon is always punctual and prepared for the sessions. He takes time to assess pupil needs and any knowledge gaps and has effective resources. My daughter has grown in confidence and we would highly recommend Jon.
