I am a fully qualified teacher of 20 years and am a senior examiner for Edexcel. I specialise in one-to-one tuition and Home Ed.

I receive excellent feedback in helping students to achieve above their target grades. Prior to teaching, I worked in business insolvency, and have had a good insight into global business having also worked in North Carolina, US.

I am passionate about teaching Business and I love to discuss the real world business environment. I am an enthusiastic and engaging teacher with a wealth of experience helping young people achieve high grades. I am driven by student progress, positive engagement, and researching more about the ever-changing real business world, both domestically and globally. This allows me to apply business theory to real, current examples.

I left the classroom in July 2021 in order to become a full-time online tutor.

Availability: I`m now taking on students for the next academic year.

Experience: I specialise in examining for Edexcel A-Level Business Paper 1 (9BS01) and Paper 3 (9BS03), and I participate in annual standardisation, and in-depth training. This insider experience allows me to gain the most up-to-date and relevant understanding of the marking process.

I taught GCSE Business at a high school at the start of my career, and then worked at 2 Grade 1 Sixth Form Colleges between 2006 and 2021.
