I am a Cardiff University graduate currently working as a Recruitment Consultant. I am a linguist, having studied French and Italian at university, as well as having an A Level in German and I am now in the process of learning Spanish. In my spare time I enjoy reading, singing and watching cookery shows. If I’m watching Netflix, I often watch with it dubbed into French or Italian to help maintain my language level. I am very friendly and approachable and want to share my passion for languages with my tutees.

Availability: I am currently available for evening and weekend tuition.

Experience: I worked as a Classroom Assistant for Kumon for 2 years which gave me experience of tutoring, primarily to KS2 and KS3 students. During my final year of university I worked as a mentor for the MFL Mentoring Project Cymru, for which I went into several schools and encouraged students to persevere with language learning, using quizzes and interactive tasks to demonstrate the value and importance of multilingualism. I have tutored French to GCSE students, helping with spoken, aural and written French. I have classroom experience, having taken a teaching module in my final year at Cardiff for which I assisted in classes and planned and taught my own Italian classes for an afterschool club.
