Shilpa surely is an outstanding tutor.

Very disappointed. She was unreliable on keeping appointments, cancelled last minute, didn’t remember when she had made an appointment and even failed to provide worksheets when promised. Very frustrating and a total waste of money.
Tutors Response :
Jemima wished to have a session for her Chemistry A Level. When the session was organised - it was arranged at a convenient library - which happened to be closed on the day of the planned session. That was neither my or her fault. The session was rearranged immediately. I provided Jemima with an extensive amount of questions to work from, with a promise to go through the work. Jemima WAS supplied with extra questions and continued to demand extra questions from different topics with answers. This is a paid service, and I apologise to Jemima, but I do not provide materials for A Level that I have designed and created at a high standard free of charge. As you can see from my profile I am a Head of Chemistry and have been a Head of Science, and I am am examiner for 3 exam boards.
Jemima`s statement about sessions is unreliable - as she only had 1 and told me that she would give me a time for another, however, it was clear that Jemima did NOT want another session as she never contacted me regarding that, but instead wanted my materials free of charge emailed to her.
I do not appreciate this negative feedback from Jemima, after 1 session and I do not compromise on my integrity and professionalism.
