I am an AQA examiner and I work closely with the principal examiner for Politics Edexcel to help you achieve the best grade with the best tips, and can help you achieve your A*!
I am dynamic in my teaching style and students are able to relate to the complex topics I teach. I have very good revision techniques and tasks which help learners grasp concepts in a easy fashion. I also teach how to answer questions fully along with how to answer those tricky questions and what they actually mean, according to the mark scheme. I have covered all exam boards (Edexcel, AQA, OCR and iGCSE).
I have many model answers and essay techniques I can provide students with, particularly a way of remembering examples that can be placed into an essay.
I am creative and punctual. I wont let you down and will do the best I can to improve your grades! I have fab references :)

Experience: I have had over 15 years of teaching and tuition. I have a very high percentage of A*-C grades in both G&P as well as RS A level for exam boards OCR and AQA. Many of these students achieve a successful grade in their chosen A level, and have led them to complete their degrees at: Exeter, Durham, Leeds, Manchester, St.Andrews, Birmingham Universities, to name a few. I have also assisted students with their personal statements; another service I am happy to offer.
I manage to help students who at first are at a D/E level to achieve a grade A. I have had experience of tutoring hundreds of students from a variety of schools, all with mixed abilities including:

Laura is an excellent tutor. She is extremely knowledgeable, prepared and very well informed about Politics and importantly the A level exam. Laura has helped my daughter considerably with her A level, including exam technique and preparation but also building her confidence. Laura is very personable, accommodating and communication is excellent . I would highly recommend Laura as a tutor.

Laura is an excellent tutor. My son thoroughly enjoys his classes (RS A Level) with her, which he finds both interesting and fun. He is usually a reluctant student but is always happy to schedule more sessions with Laura. We would highly recommend her.
