I love tutoring Science and Maths. I have been tutoring now for four years since retiring. I am a retired teacher (aged 59) with 25 years experience, teaching all three sciences to GCSE and BTEC and A level Biology. I have also taught one-to-one Maths at KS2 in primary schools. I have tutored all sciences at KS3 and GCSE, Maths at KS2, KS3 and GCSE and 11+ CSSE entry exams (Maths and English). I have a degree in Biochemistry and pharmacology and with PGCE from King`s College in Science education.
I started teaching in 1989 after working as a research scientist. I have taught in the Essex and outer London areas.
I am very approachable and patient. I always prepare thoroughly for lessons and tutorials.
My clients have always been satisfied with the standard of tuition given. I have always been able to help my tutees gain and improve their confidence in science and Maths.
