I am a fully qualified primary school teacher of eleven years who has been involved in education as a parent-helper, governor, student teacher, class teacher, Phase Leader and Student Teacher Mentor.

My specialism is Years 1 and 2 in English (Reading and Writing) and Mathematics.

I can offer booster lessons in English and Maths to `close the gap` between where your child is and against national expectation. I believe that every child can achieve.

Linked to the National Curriculum, I can offer:

Reading-focus on Comprehension, Language and Effect, Inference and Themes and Conventions.

Writing-Composition (imaginative descri ption and sentence construction) and Transcri ption (Handwriting, Spelling and Punctuation.

Mathematics-Mental Maths, Number and Number System, Addition and Subtraction, Multiplication and Division, Fractions, measurement, Time, Shape, Position and Direction, Statistics and Algebra.

£25 per hour up to 5 miles travel from Waterlooville
£30 per hour up to 10 miles travel from Waterlooville.
