Information about Thomas
As someone who is passionate about science, sessions will be interactive and tailored to your individual requirements and subject areas. I think it is important to understand the fundamentals that underpins a specific area before moving onto more complex and challenging ideas, which is why diagrams and self created questions will be provided to students at any and all levels. I am able to support syllabuses across all GCSE examination boards as well as IB syllabus for Chemistry.
A student at Dartford Grammar School I achieved GCSEs (2018): Level 9 in 6 subjects including Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, 2 A* & 3As.
At IB Higher Level I studied Maths, Chemistry & Geography and at standard level, Chinese, Environmental Sciences English. I achieved 43 out of a total 45 points which is equivalent to 4A* and A at Alevel. I will be studying Chemistry (MChem) at the university of York.

Experience: I really enjoy helping fellow students which is why I was a GCSE maths mentor and an IB chemistry helper for Y12 students.

Thomas was brilliant with my son and my son throughly enjoyed the lessons. Thomas was able to explain and show my son methods in a way he understood. Would definitely reccomend him. Was also reliable.
