I have worked with different abilities of Secondary school students and am very passionate about my subject - English. I want to instill that same passion and drive in all of the students I teach so that they can reach their full potential.

I am able to offer the first tutoring session half price. The first session is normally about getting to know the student, working out what their learning style is and what their aims and goals are for the future.

Availability: Mondays from Midday till 8pm.

Thursdays from Midday till 8pm

Fridays from 5 till 8pm

Experience: I have worked as an Learning Support Assistant for two years and have been teaching for nearly four years now. I have worked in several local Secondary schools and have worked with some really challenging students.
I have also marked English GCSE exam papers for AQA for three Summers.
I have experience working with both KS3 and KS4 students doing exam intervention work in small groups in a local academy. We focused mainly on English Language which is the paper most students struggle with.
I really enjoy teaching and would like to continue as an English tutor as one to one teaching is what I enjoy and feel that I excel in.
