I work full time as a policy adviser for Central Government. I have been a Civil Servant for 4 years.
I graduated from the University of Leeds with a 2:1 in Geography (International) in June 2018.

I have experience with all ages, abilities and exam boards. I pride myself on providing a quality service to all my clients and a positive and open relationship with my clients is paramount. I like to create an exciting and dynamic environment, using innovative and engaging learning styles to ensure students get the most out of each sessions. Through tailored and carefully thought out lessons, I have a track record of my students either reaching or exceeding their expected grades.

Experience: I have accumulated 100+ hours of tutoring and teaching experience.
I have experience across a range of subjects at all levels, however most of my experience is in the Social Sciences (Geography, Politics, Sociology etc.). I also have good experience with Core Subjects up to GCSE level.
I have given 1-2-1 tutoring in Geography and English at KS3 and GCSE level.
As a Social Science Ambassador for Leeds University, I delivered a range of sessions to students of all ages (primary to secondary) across a range of social science subjects. This was mostly to groups of 10 students or more, therefore I have experience planning and delivering engaging lessons.
As part of the Teach First Leadership Development Programme, I passed various curriculum knowledge exams, so I have a strong understanding of teaching theory and I am aware of how to best reflective this in appropriate teaching styles, with the ability to effectively tailor content to individual student needs.
