As a first class BSc graduate I am knowledgeable, passionate and experienced in the subjects I tutor. I graduated Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand with a Bachelors of Science majoring in Chemistry and a minor in Calculus. Maths and Science has always been a strong suit of mine, I was awarded a Scholarship to my University due to my excellent secondary school results and was able to finish my degree in only 3 years. Originally studying physics at university, I decided to switch my major to chemistry when I discovered that what I truly wanted to learn (quantum mechanics) wasn`t taught until 5th year. Since graduating in 2020 I have been tutoring GCSE and A level students in New Zealand, now after moving to the UK earlier this year I have continued tutoring a wide range of students and abilities. When I moved here I spent a lot of my time learning the syllabus for each and every subject I tutor to ensure my students get the best help possible! I absolutely love my job and have patients with my students to go at their pace. I provide a full lesson breakdown of my notes via email after the session and will as set further homework if requested.

Experience: Since graduating in 2020 I have tutored many secondary school students in NZ by helping with in-class problems and teaching them my own methods to prepare for tests and exams. I have now started to build up my clientele over here in the UK and am busier than ever helping GCSE and Alevel students all over the country
My tutoring style is based around the students needs. I understand that each student is different and base each session on what they are struggling with. I aim to build confidence in the subject so that the student can feel more comfortable heading into exams or in their class environment. I have many tips and tricks for students of all levels and always keep in mind that I have been in those shoes; struggling with class problems and topics or freaking out about exams. These years of education can be a really stressful time but don`t worry I am here to help!
