With over 12 years of teaching and examining experience, I bring a wealth of expertise to every tutoring session. I currently work as an Assistant Principal at an Outstanding Secondary School, where my students consistently achieve exceptional results — including the highest Progress 8 score in the school at +1, meaning my students typically achieve at least a full grade above their target grades.

As a qualified examiner and team leader for AQA, OCR, and Edexcel across SATs, GCSE and A-Level English, I have deep insight into what examiners are looking for — giving my students a clear edge in their assessments. I teach across Key Stage 3 to A-Level English Literature and Language, and I’m passionate about helping students unlock their full potential.

I combine a high level of subject expertise with a calm, caring, and encouraging approach. My most recent tutee went from a Grade 3 to a Grade 7 in less than a year — proof that with the right support, rapid progress is absolutely possible.
