Information about Lee
I am a fully qualified science teacher and Senior Examiner. I tailor each session to meet the needs of each student to help them reach their full potential. I am patient and friendly and believe learning should be fun and rewarding. Online sessions are available via the Tutor Hunt Online Classroom. I specialise in GCSE Science and A Level Biology with AQA, OCR, Edexcel and WJEC exam boards.
Availability: I have availability for online lessons on most afternoons and evenings. Please enquire for specific times.

Experience: I have over 20 years of experience in Science education teaching GCSE, A-Level, and BTEC Science. I have over 15 years experience working as a Science Senior Examiner for a UK Exam Board. I was previously Head of Department for an Ofsted rated outstanding sixth form managing a large team of teachers. Before entering the teaching profession I was a forensic scientist for the UK Forensic Science Service.

We are really pleased with the biology tuition our son has been receiving from Lee over the last few weeks. Lee has been professional, organised, and dedicated from the outset. Lee`s lessons are well planned and thoughtfully structured. He always comes well prepared, making excellent use of time and explains concepts clearly and in a way that is easy to understand. Lee’s tutoring sessions have been extremely helpful as my son approaches his A levels. In particular, Lee is good at providing questions by topic and going over key marking points.
