Information about Lee
I am a fully qualified science teacher and Senior Examiner. I tailor each session to meet the needs of each student to help them reach their full potential. I am patient and friendly and believe learning should be fun and rewarding. Online sessions are available via the Tutor Hunt Online Classroom. I specialise in GCSE Science and A Level Biology with AQA, OCR, Edexcel and WJEC exam boards.
Availability: I have availability for online lessons on most afternoons and evenings. Please enquire for specific times.

Experience: I have over 20 years of experience in Science education teaching GCSE, A-Level, and BTEC Science. I have over 15 years experience working as a Science Senior Examiner for a UK Exam Board. I was previously Head of Department for an Ofsted rated outstanding sixth form managing a large team of teachers. Before entering the teaching profession I was a forensic scientist for the UK Forensic Science Service.

My son began lessons with Lee a few months ago and is enjoying them a great deal. The lessons are well prepared, engaging and clearly structured, and my son always comes away with a clear sense of what has been covered and what he has learned. Lee is very good at identifying and targeting weaker areas and my son particularly likes the fact that Lee uses plentiful sample exam questions to help him understand what is expected and how to approach different questions. My son’s confidence in the subject has grown steadily since he began the lessons and I would recommend Lee very highly.
