I am a Qualified Maths and Economics Teacher with a strong educational background (PGCE Secondary Mathematics, Bsc Economics, Master and PhD). I completed both my doctoral studies and PGCE with an outstanding grade. My DBS certificate is on the update service.

Availability: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

Experience: I have been teaching Maths (KS3, GCSE and AS level) and Economics (A level) for several years in secondary schools, as a private one-to-one tutor as well as in education centres. I have taught students from different types of schools, including grammar schools. Some of my students attained the highest marks in their GCSE exams.

Strengths of my tutoring approach are: my subject knowledge, continuous assessment of students’ understanding through questioning and adaptability to students’ ability and age. I am patient and give challenging questions to students so they can fulfil their potential.
