Information about Wendy
I am a recently retired teacher and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) looking forward to this new chapter in my life.
I wish to share my experience with students of all ages to help them realise their true potential. I can offer targeted support in Literacy skills, English, History and Sociology. I can also provide study skills training, improving working memory and examination techniques.
Availability: Monday - Friday and Saturday Morning
Willing to travel: Home Only
Experience: I have 30 years teaching experience within a high school and sixth form college in Redditch, 10 years of which I was the SENCO. This enabled me to specialise in breaking down the barriers to learning experienced by students with special educational needs.
