I am Primary school teacher, with a PGCE specialising in Spanish at Secondary. I am a very bubbly, outgoing professional who loves getting stuck in to and creating fun and exciting activities for children; especially anything arts and crafty or outdoorsy! I have bounds of energy so I am happy to work with all types of personalities! I am extremely passionate about education but also about bringing fun, a lot of laughter and excitement to a child’s day.

I have experience working with all Key Stages but I prefer working with KS2 and KS3 children (ages 7-16). As a private tutor for primary, I can teach across all subjects and for secondary, I can tutor in maths, science and Spanish (but I am happy to support in further subjects too if necessary). I would provide tailored 1:1 sessions that are suited to your child’s abilities and style of learning.

Availability: As I am a teacher, I am only available after school or most evenings and can be available with little notice but for weekends I will need more notice. I prefer to have a regular schedule with the families I am working with. I am available through the days during half term and summer holidays.

Experience: I have worked as a private tutor in England and Spain, tutoring English and Spanish. I have been a tutor and manager for a private tuition company, specialising in maths and English tuition for children aged between 5-14. I have also worked as an English teacher in Spain. Finally, I have completed my teacher training in Bristol university with various secondary school placements and recently completed my NQT year as a primary school teacher in Year 4. My specialist subjects would be Spanish and Maths but can tutor all subjects at a high standard.
