I`m an experienced English Teacher based in Portsmouth and am taking on new students from September 2023. I have a PGCE in English and have taught AQA GCSE English Language and Literature as well as A Level English Language. I hold an MA in Applied Linguistics and an MA in Education.

Availability: I`m available both in and outside of normal school hours so please reach out if you are looking for someone flexible!

Experience: I have six years experience teaching Year 7-13. I was recently appointed English Language Coordinator, overseeing A Level English Language. I have worked in schools in Portsmouth and Dubai, supporting the students who need more scaffolding in their learning whilst also helping all students realise their full potential. My most recent set of results was 100% A*-C at A Level and 100% Grade 6-9 at GCSE.

I have previously worked with students who have a range of different learning needs including dyslexia and ADHD and would be very glad to offer different learning styles to support this.
