I am a friendly, warm, personable tutor living in Parsons Green with a degree in Marketing and a Masters in Acting at Drama School. I currently work as an Academic Mentor in a primary school in Kennington, specialising in English and Maths to help students bounce back from the Covid setback. I have spent two years teaching Year 4 and this year I am teaching Year 6. I absolutely love my job and working with children which is why I tutor so much in my spare time. Maths is my favourite subject (because there`s always a right answer to find!) and I get a lot of joy in helping students who struggle with the subject and then suddenly get that lightbulb moment where it all clicks into place.

Experience: I have 750+ hours of tutoring experience which I have attained over the past two years. Aside from teaching Year 4 and Year 6, I have strong experience in tutoring Primary School level English, Maths and Science to students around London, preparing them for their 7+ and 11+ exams as well as for Year 2 and Year 6 SATs. I also tutor international students who are based in China, teaching them Maths, English and Science and have consistently had fantastic feedback and over-subscribed classes. I know I can teach Maths and English especially in an easily understandable way and know how to break down barriers or mind blocks that are holding back progress.
