A highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Primary school teacher who wants all children to be successful learners and who works to create a atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging and adaptive to the varied needs to young children. Recently moved up to West Yorkshire from London. I have taught in reception for 3 years, 2 years of teaching year 1. During both of my years of teaching year 1 I have achieved a 100% pass rate for all pupils in the year 1 Phonics Screening Test.
For me, the rewards and challenges of teaching offer a sense of satisfaction that is enhanced by the knowledge that I have had and experience I have gained through my training and teaching within the past 5 years.
I have a very creative teaching style which I have found children learn better and faster in that way.
I have been teaching in year 2 for 4 years consistently and very familiar with the curriculum as well as the year 2 SATs.
Alongside being a classroom teacher, I am a Senior Leader and the English Leader for the whole school.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Pav`s exceptional teaching of English to my 7-year-old son. Pav has proven to be an incredibly patient, diligent, and responsible instructor. My son holds her in the highest regard and considers her to be the best teacher. Pav began by assessing my son`s English proficiency, allowing her to create a tailored learning plan that catered to his specific needs. Throughout each session, my son has been exposed to comprehensive instruction in phonics, grammar, and writing. As a result of Pav`s guidance, his English skills have improved significantly.
