Hello! I am a current Medical student at the University of Sheffield. I teach Maths and Science (Biology and Chemistry) at KS2, KS3, GCSE and A-Level.

Additionally, as a tutor for prospective medical students, I provide bespoke teaching and support for UCAT, BMAT, personal statement writing and interviews (both MMI and panel).

Received 3 offers to study medicine after achieving an average of 745 in the UCAT (top 3% nationally when I took the test) and an average of 6.0 in BMAT in 2018.

I have over 300 hours of teaching experience in these subjects/ medical applications, with 100% 5 star reviews. I am a friendly, motivated tutor who thrives through a collaborative, personalised teaching approach with interactive lessons. I use a combination of theory lessons and past paper questions, with various learning techniques embedded. I make sure we are constantly working towards set goals, with regular progress reports and topic-focussed homework so that you can achieve the best grades possible. As a tutor, I am constantly eager to find ways to improve, including attending tutor workshops, to give my students the best possible experience. I believe that the tutee should feel enlightened, intrigued and enriched at the end of each lesson, as I strive to get a good understanding of the aims for the student and prepare the subject in advance.

I have worked for several organisations that provide mentoring for students throughout the medical school application process, including UCAT and BMAT teaching, as well as personal statement and interview support.

With the University of Sheffield Access to Medicine scheme, I have organised science classes for pupils ranging from KS3 through to A level.
