Hi, I am Alex.

I am a passionate and dedicated English Teacher and provide personalised and engaging lessons tailored to meet every student`s individual needs.

I have extensive experience working in classrooms and one to one. I have taught KS3 and KS4 (including GCSE exam classes). I am an AQA English Marker and have specialised knowledge of English GCSE Language.

I am patient, encouraging and passionate about my subject. I believe in the importance of positivity, challenge and firm boundaries in order to get the best out of students. I have extensive experience working with students SEND needs and am always professional and adaptable.

I am also a playwright and my plays have been produced at theatres in London. I use my knowledge of theatre and drama to help inform my teaching of English and bring joy to the subject.

Availability: Monday to Sunday: 12 pm to 7 pm
