Hi, I`m Neelam!

I`m a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly experienced Science teacher, examiner, and tutor with over 15 years of tutoring experience and more than 10 years teaching Science. I teach KS3 and KS4 Science, A-Level Biology, and am currently Head of Vocational Studies for BTEC Applied Science, as well as leading the new AAQ Medical Science qualification.

As an AQA and Pearson Edexcel Examiner, I have an in-depth understanding of exam requirements and know exactly what students need to do to achieve top grades.

My qualifications include:

BSc Biomedical Science – Aston University
MSc Toxicology – University of Birmingham
PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status – Birmingham City University

I have a proven track record of helping students exceed their target grades, with many progressing to competitive courses and careers in Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Biomedical Science. I particularly enjoy working with ambitious students aiming for Grades 8-9, A/A*, and entry into top universities.

One of my proudest achievements was supporting my sister on her journey to studying Medicine at UCL.
