Information about Thomas
I recently completed a PhD in Applied Mathematics / Theoretical Physics at the University of Sheffield.
I live in Sheffield and am currently a full time tutor in maths and physics.
I am capable of teaching maths and physics at GCSE, A-level, and a selection of first and second year undergraduate topics.
My PhD was in general relativity so I am also happy to teach this.
I my free time I like to go running and climbing.

Experience: I have many hours of experience teaching undergraduate-level mathematics in group sessions and one-to-one. My expertise is in applied mathematics - e.g. numerical methods, differential equations, and calculus.
In addition I have over 100 hours of experience teaching school students, both in person and online. This includes maths and physics at GCSE level and A-level. I also have an enhanced DBS certificate.
