Parnaz

I’m Parnaz. I graduated with a First Class Degree in Biomedical Sciences from King’s College London and am currently a postgraduate student at Imperial College London studying a Master`s in Translational Neuroscience. I am passionate about Science and love sharing this enthusiasm with those that I teach. At school, I received A*s in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. I am familiar with what topics are covered in student curriculums, the formats of exams, in particular A-level and IGCSE’s, and the struggles students may face with these subjects. I have a genuine love for math and science and would love to help students overcome any hurdles they are struggling with.

Availability: From August until the end of September, I am free Mon-Fri and can also do weekends if need be. I will be attending university in October and therefore will only be able to do weekends from then onwards.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I have a year’s worth of experience tutoring students in Years 10 and 11 in GCSE and IGCSE Biology and enjoy helping pupils achieve and improve as much as possible. Each lesson I have taught is tailored to the individual student and I understand the importance of getting to know the students and identifying what methods will help them learn and maximise their potential. I am also available for help with assignments. My goal is for you to feel confident in your knowledge of the subject, and I will patiently and thoroughly work with you until that goal is accomplished.
