I live in Buckinghamshire with my two dogs and a cat and am 63 years old. I lived in Germany for 13 years and my two adult daughters are bilingual English/German. We still have lots of friends in Germany and go there from time to time to catch up. I have a number of years` experience tutoring in Germany and as a freelance translator of German into English. Otherwise, I love walking the dogs, growing vegetables and doing yoga!

Availability: Generally Monday to Friday. I`m quite flexible in terms of times and could also do evenings.

Experience: During the 13 years I lived in Germany I taught English in an Adult Education college and tutored a wide range of German pupils who were learning English. Since returning to the UK ten years ago I have been working as a freelance translator of German into English. I have also had a couple of adult pupils who were learning German and I have now decided to branch out into tutoring, initially for adults hoping to learn some German or improve their skills, for either work-related or personal reasons.
