I have been teaching A level history consistently since completing an MA in history in 2012. I have a good knowledge of Civil Rights, Stalin`s Russia, Britain post-WW2, Germany 1890-1945, plus other bits and pieces, e.g. I have recently taught the Vietnam War. I can basically pick up and teach any area of history that is required. It`s all interesting to me!

I usually get the student to work on a large sheet of newsprint with a marker pen and we work together to produce notes/diagrams on the set topic.

I also have been an EFL teacher in Russia, 1997-99 and 2002-6, 2009, and 2011. I have taught general English, business English, and English in preparation for exams, IELTS and First Certificate.
