I am an experienced and enthusiastic Mathematics teacher and have a passion for inspiring my students to make excellent progress and achieve their full potential. I currently specialise in AS and A-Level tuition.

I can see huge advantages of being able to work with students on a one to one basis and am able to tutor students of all abilities. I aim to ensure I leave my students feeling happy and confident with the topic they are studying and offer direction for extra consolidation.

Availability: I am usually available during holidays as well as term time. I prefer to tutor on the weekend, but given notice I can do weekday evenings. During lockdown I have been able to continue tutoring online. I find it most productive tutoring at my house, but am happy to travel to parts of Farnborough and Camberley, Frimley, Mytchett, Ash Vale and Ash.

I offer online tuition (through periods of lock down etc), but prefer in-person tuition if possible to start with, as I find it more effective in getting to know students and their style of working. I offer 1 hour sessions (additional £10 if travelling to tutee) and if required 1.5 hour sessions (popular near mocks/exams!).

Experience: I have over ten years of extensive experience teaching and tutoring Maths, which includes students from year 5 to 13, students of all abilities and students with special needs. I have tutored students from St George’s, William Perkins, Gordon’s, LVS, SJB, Fullbrook, Woking College, Farnborough Sixth & more.

I am proficient with the new A-level syllabus in Pure Maths, Mechanics and Statistics. I also have experience marking A-Level (and SATs) papers for Edexcel Pearson.
