I have a Mathematics degree and have taught in local secondary schools for the last 8 years. One of my main strengths is helping pupils to gain confidence in themselves and their mathematical capabilities. I am enthusiastic, responsible, organised, reliable, approachable and friendly. I am motivated to help pupils succeed and improve their grades. I also have five horses which i enjoy competing in my spare time.

Availability: I have availablity daytimes, evenings and Saturdays.
I also work holidays and have spaces for pupils over the summer.

Experience: I have 8 years teaching experience in secondary schools. For the last three years I have accepted more responsibility and became second in faculty. I am now a full time tutor, giving my full time and attention to the pupils I tutor. References available from previous and current students. Last year I was assigned responsibly for the catch up funding which has allowed me to have a better understand of the primary mathematics curriculum.

I have a calm approach to tutoring. I work with the student and one of my strengths is developing good relationships and building confidence. Lots of my students become more confident with answering questions in exam papers and enjoy their maths tutoring sessions.
