I`m Alfie, A 5th-year Medical Student studying at the University of Cambridge. I achieved 11 A*s at GCSE, and 3 A*s at A-level, and graduated with a 1st in Natural Sciences at the end of my 3rd year at Cambridge. I`m friendly, approachable, and organised. Experience: I have tutored a number of GCSE pupils at my old school in mathematics and biology, ranging from students who need a bit of extra help to achieve their required C-grade to high-aspiring students aiming for the top marks. Within this subset, I have tutored students with learning difficulties.
At a university-level, I have some experience tutoring students in the years below me in Psychology and Neuroscience.
I am also well experienced in proof-reading (and suggesting improvements for) personal statements for UCAS applications. I have assisted with personal statement proofing for a number of years, and the students I have helped have subsequently been accepted for places at Cambridge, Oxford, King`s (London), Bristol, and elsewhere.
