Im a qualified Spanish teacher in 2 north-west london high schools. I’ve been a teacher for 6 years, head of KS3 (years 7-9) in Spanish, teaching beginners to ALevel students and I’ve been tutoring for over 10 years.

I love Spanish and I`m an enthusiastic, hardworking and fun tutor. I want your child to gain confidence in their Spanish and love it like I do, mastering written and spoken Spanish.

Experience: My teaching style depends on what each child needs, I think it`s important to tailor tutoring to each individual depending on what the student needs. I like to create a fun, interactive, comfortable and friendly environment to increase the child`s confidence in the language, focusing on all the different areas of Spanish; reading, writing and spoken.

I can go through the course curriculum, tutoring the children what they learnt in school in a different way or I can focus on specific areas the child struggles with, increasing their knowledge and fluency and also their confidence in the language- which is absolutely key.

I prefer to speak in Spanish throughout the lesson, reinforcing everything that has been learnt, and I will use a wide range of resources; textbooks, songs, films, newspapers, making learning fun!
