Information about Susan
An extremely experienced teacher, private tutor and lecturer from GCSE to Post-grad level, I am also a freelance writer. I have been Head of Economics and Head of PSHE, as well as a housemistress in a boarding school, responsible for the welfare of students aged 13-18. This last position saw me develop a real understanding of the whole student and the role of confidence and self-esteem as crucial underpinnings of exam success. I also lectured to university undergrads and postgrads for several years.
Availability: Relatively flexible.

Experience: I have an outstanding track record, having taught and lectured Economics at A Level, IB, Pre-U, Undergrad and Postgrad level for thirty years, including at the top IB school in the world and one of the best performing A Level schools in the country. I have also tutored privately for years, with remarkable success.

Susan has been tutoring me with A-Level Economics. She has extremely helped me understand the theory in a much more simple way by always relating to real life scenarios. Susan has been tutoring my son for economics for A levels. Susan has been helpful in improving my sons understanding of economics and it has made a difference.
