Information about Jackie
I am an Accountant and my passion for Maths has led me to doing voluntary work assisting with KS3 Maths at a South East London secondary school and running weekly maths sessions at an Afterschool club, in addition to private maths tuition.
My aim is to make maths easy so all students can fully grasp the different fundamentals and concepts in Maths enabling them to reach their full potential, as I strongly believe that anyone can do well in Maths if it is taught in a way for that individual to understand.
Having successfully tutored my son through Years 5 & 6 of primary school and seeing his confidence and understanding grow it inspired me to share my skills with other students who may also be struggling with Maths.
I have an enhanced DBS certificate and current chaperone`s licence issued by London Borough of Lewisham.
In the past I have also been a mentor for new apprentices in the workplace on my employers mentor programme.

My 6 year old child has just started and had only two tutorial sessions with Jackie. He was comfortable with her on the first visit. He looks forward to going. He has gained confidence. Jackie’s is excellent.
