Information about Lucy
My name is Lucy, I’m 22 and I have a First Class Mathematics degree from the University of East Anglia where I graduated in 2012.
I am currently working for Deloitte LLP in the Forensic Data Analytics department within Corporate Finance.
My passion grew for Maths from the age of 15 when I was studying for my GCSE`s. I knew during my A Levels that there was no other degree but Mathematics that I would study. I chose to apply to my current role based on the logical, problem solving and mathematical skills required and since it is the manipulation of data, I find I am often using a mathematical approach to the projects I work on.
I think it is important to enjoy Mathematics and to use interesting and engaging techniques for learning and achieving in the subject.
Having attended a grammar school I am interested in tutoring those students working towards their 11+, as well as secondary school students up to GCSE level.
