I encourage my students to become independent and confident decision makers, who take responsibility for their studies. I support my learners in being responsible for their own planning and organisation.

I am attentive and enthusiastic in my lessons, creating a relaxed space where achievement and creativity can flourish. Ample positive reinforcement helps my students to be bold and aim high.

RIGOUR
I have a thorough knowledge of my subjects, including syllabuses and examination criteria. I have robust attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of excellence.

In addition to teaching, I have worked in fine art logistics and collection management with some of the U.K.’s best commercial galleries, museums and shipping agents. I am also an artist and independent researcher who loves to read, draw and discuss. My other interests include fitness training and martial arts.

Experience: I have over 15 year’s experience in delivering quality private tuition. I have a CELTA teaching qualification, a Professional Tutoring Certificate and a degree from the University of Oxford.

My specialisms are English and Art. I have taught in a wide range of settings, including secondary and further education, undergraduate, language schools, community venues, and 1:1 online and in-person.
