I recently completed a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and first received my PGCE from London Institute of Education and a grading of "outstanding" whilst training with Teach First.
Previously I graduated from the University of Nottingham, having studied History and achieved a 2:1. Additionally, I have worked as a Tour guide for American Students aged between 10 and 18 on educational trips around Europe. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the students and encouraging their enthusiasm for learning about the sites we were visiting.
I will work with the students to build their confidence and increase their knowledge in their subject. A diligent and hard working student myself (still!), I can fully understand the pressures and stresses of academic work and will try to find solutions to such worries. I will encourage all students to remain positive about their work, and ensure that my tutoring is engaging and promotes good progress at all times.
