If you`d like to build your confidence in English language and/or literature, I`m here to help.

Are you struggling to get your head around tricky texts? Is your creative writing better in your head than when it appears on the page? Maybe you`re daunted by coursework? Or perhaps you find it difficult to shine in exams, and would like support with exam technique and revision planning so you get your best possible grades?

We`ll work together to make sure studying English is enjoyable and rewarding.

Availability: I`m very flexible and happy to meet at dates and times that work best for students and their families: early mornings, during the day, evenings, weekends, during term time and/or holidays.

Experience: I`m an experienced and enthusiastic English tutor. I love my subject (so much so that, when I`m not tutoring, I work as a freelance copywriter). I`m committed to bringing English to life for my students: building confidence, strengthening style and technique, and helping them to do their best work.

I work with students of all different ages and abilities, both online and in-person.
