I am a young, very friendly and experienced secondary school teacher able to provide support to those studying GCSE or A-level Science and/or Engineering. My services include 1:1 or small group sessions tailored to focus on topics individuals are finding difficult. This could range from content focus for specific topics to exam technique and preparation or a blend of both.

As your personal tutor you will receive breakdown of your chosen topics, lots of practice questions, revision techniques and metacognition strategies tailored for each topic to enable you to remember the important content and maximise your chances of success in your final exams!

I am happy to travel and deliver home sessions or if needed I can provide services in my own home either in person or online. I appreciate the nervousness of young people agreeing to support from a tutor which is why I am more than happy to give a free home visit to students and their families before deciding to employ my services.

Availability: Monday to Friday each week 4pm onwards

Willing to travel: 20 miles

Experience: - 4 years teaching experience teaching KS4 and KS5 Science across all subjects in Science (Specialised in Chemistry)
- 4 years experience also teaching BTEC Engineering both at KS4 and KS5
- 4 years tutoring experience both 1:1 and small groups. This has ranged from adolescents to adults.
- 3 years experience teaching the ABPI qualification to adults
