Im nesa (f21). I’m doing an undergraduate degree in biomedicine, then will later be doing a postgraduate degree in medicine.
I have always been very academically inclined, at GCSE’s I received all As also got 3 As and 1 B in my A levels.
I have been tutoring from the age of 15 and i can say that I am good at what I do, that being helping students reach their potentials from using my own experience to ease theirs.

My journey in private science tutoring initially began as a volunteering opportunity for work experience during my adolescence. Through this experience, I gained a profound understanding of the importance of effective time management, which inherently fostered my exceptional organizational abilities. Balancing my own studies while diligently preparing for tutoring sessions on a weekly basis required a meticulous approach. This role demanded a high level of independence and patience, as I navigated the task of engaging and managing lively students, persuading them to focus on their work. Furthermore, adapting my teaching methods to cater to each child`s unique learning style while simultaneously accommodating their individual schedules has honed my flexibility. This position has empowered me to effectively manage diverse situations, harnessing persuasive communication skills to foster engagement and maximize learning outcomes.

Welsh baccalaureate enterprise challenge:

Participating in this notable challenge during my time in sixth form provided a transformative learning experience. As the project manager, I acquired and honed essential employment skills, including effective leadership and teamwork. I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of cohesive teamwork on operational efficiency. Prioritizing customer satisfaction remained paramount throughout the endeavor, driving our commitment to designing and manufacturing a product that effortlessly conveyed its value. My advertising acumen played a pivotal role in the project`s success, as I skillfully identified and targeted our key customer base. Seamless communication emerged as a critical component, fostering effective collaboration within our team, establishing profitable connections with external entities, and ensuring transparent and compelling interactions with our valued customers.

Volunteering a special unit for disabled children at my local primary school:

Undertaking this challenging and rewarding responsibility granted me invaluable experiences and personal growth. I embraced the requirement to exhibit unwavering reliability and uphold strong moral values, which I effortlessly fulfilled. This opportunity provided a profound understanding of effective communication with diverse groups, including children and individuals with specific needs. My experience working at a GP surgery stands out as possibly the most challenging yet profoundly rewarding position I have held thus far. As an aspiring medical professional, this opportunity offered invaluable insights and deepened my appreciation for the power of teamwork in healthcare. Throughout this period, my unwavering determination to achieve my goals reached new heights. I witnessed first-hand how my tenacious work ethic and resilience could positively impact the lives of others.
Despite the demanding nature of the job, which entailed long hours and at times emotional strains, I maintained the utmost professionalism. I consistently demonstrated my commitment to being a valuable and productive team member, effectively managing paperwork responsibilities alongside delivering exceptional patient care. Additionally, I quickly acclimated myself to front desk duties, further showcasing my adaptability and ability to contribute across various tasks. I firmly believe that my chosen degree in biomedical science uniquely positioned me to excel in this role.
