Edward

My name is Edward, I am currently an Accounting and Finance student at the London School of Economics. I studied Maths, Economics and French at A-Level and wish to pass on my knowledge to students that are preparing for these exams. In addition I am able to teach GCSE and KS3 students in Science and French.

I am highly approachable and have a wide range of resources available which are suitable for students who are studying for the above exams. I employ a logical approach to tutoring, starting with examples and setting out the required knowledge; then providing appropriate exam questions which test the knowledge of the student and make clear any areas of improvement.

In the past I have mentored GCSE Maths students in small group in the lead up to their exams and have tutored several students on a one-to-one basis. I also have experience in coaching sport and have worked at a summer camp in the US as a counsellor.

I am situated near Elephant & Castle and am happy to travel to meet the needs of my students.

Experience: In the past I have helped mentor Maths GCSE students in the build up to their exams, whilst studying for my A-Levels. As well as informally tutoring friends and family, I have previous experience as a RAF cadet. This involved presenting and teaching to large groups of cadets. I have also coached tennis and football while working at an American summer camp.
