Hello, I’m currently teaching my eighth year of Science and employed as Head of Biology at a local Independent School. The pass rate of my students for seven years has been 100%, with 33% of my GCSE Biology students gaining a Grade 9 in 2019, and 75% gaining an A* at A-level.

I design resources for other teachers to use and have been tutoring privately for two years, with experience tutoring iGCSE, AQA Science and Biology GCSE, AQA and OCR A-Level Biology.

Availability: Outside of normal school hours, prefer evenings. I am happy to drive to students but prefer to book longer sessions to do this as I car share. I tutor at home in my front room at a large table using my own resources, exam questions and diagrams, and enjoy supporting students with guided note taking sessions.

Experience: Two years tutoring AQA GCSE Science and Biology, iGCSE and both OCR and AQA A-level Biology.
I have worked for eight years as a qualified teacher at an Independent School, so have been able to really focus on the learning of my students.
I also spent a previous year teaching at Evansvilles Mesker Park Zoo in America.
