Highly experienced A-level (and GCSE) Economics and Mathematics tutor. Possess a First Class Honours in Economics BSc (UCL - University College London). With a 100% success rate of students achieving AT LEAST an A/A* grade.

I have a First Class Honours in Economics BSc from UCL (University College London), graduating as one of the top students in the class. I have been teaching A-level Economics and Mathematics for the past 6 years as well as GCSE Mathematics. I have a passion for teaching and helping my students achieve A* grades in their GCSE’s and A-level exams. Every single one of my students at least achieved an A in the subject that I was teaching them with the majority achieving an A*, I currently specialise in Economics and Mathematics (A-level and GCSE).

I am results driven, making sure that every single part of the syllabus for the course is covered and that my student is 100% ready to perform better than expected in their exam. I truly believe that I can help any student achieve at least an A in the subject I’ve been teaching them- and have not yet been proven wrong!

Currently available on weekends and weekday evenings, specialising in Economics A-level (Edexcel, OCR, AQA, WJEC, ICAAE, CIE), Mathematics A- level (Edexcel, OCR, OCR MEI, AQA) and GCSE Mathematics. I also offer tuition services to University students reading Economics as well as personal statement help for those applying to university.

Other interests: Speak English & Italian, achieved A*AAA in my A-level exams: Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Economics, Physics . Have played tennis to a professional level.

Experience: Have been tutoring students for the past 6 years. All of my students have achieved their predicted grade or higher (A/A*) in the subject I’ve taught them (for both ALEVEL and GCSE). I have a passion for teaching and helping my students get the highest grade they can. Every student I have tutored has achieved an A/A* in the subject I have taught them. Have run crash courses for independent schools in the past in Mathematics and Economics A-level in the past and currently tutor Mathematics and Further Mathematics part time at a private school in Hampstead.

The advantage of tutoring over being taught in a class is that the tutor is able to tailor work according to the student`s ability and attainment. Typically students have gaps in their knowledge which are holding them back from progressing.I will fill in these gaps in knowledge take my student through the syllabus and allow them to achieve the highest grade that is possible for them. I am 100% confident in my tutoring abilities and believe I can help anyone achieve the highest grade they can if they are willing.

Having tutored for such a long time and liaising frequently with examiners, I am proficient in how different exam board allocate marks (this is especially important for Economics) and know how to maximise my students` essay writing skills to gain the maximum marks possible.
