I am a committed, enthusiastic and hard working tutor and will tailor each lesson to suit the pupil and their needs.
I plan ahead and explain key scientific and mathematical concepts in a variety of different formats to suit the learner. I am effective with communicating pupil progress with parents, and ensure learners receive clear and comprehensive feedback on their work. I have experience of writing questions for external agencies so have a good idea of what is required to succeed in future examinations.

Experience: I have 11 years experience teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics in good and outstanding state schools in Oxford and Northampton. I have also worked for a leading Oxfordshire tutoring company, where I tutored students from primary to A-level.
I can confidently teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics to KS1, KS2, KS3 and GCSE and Applied Medical Science to A-level. I can also teach Biology to A-level as well.

Rupa has been an amazing tutor for our twins, who have just completed their secondary school. She was always punctual and well organised, and she prepared tailored homework for our children with individualised feedback. We asked her for some tutoring in biology, chemistry, and physics, and our twins cumulatively received five 9s and one 8 in those subjects at their GCSEs!!!! We could not recommend her highly enough!!!

Rupa is great. She is helping our daughter with year 9 chemistry and physics and she’s been fab. She’s really approachable, so our daughter is able to say if she doesn’t understand something, which was really important to us. It’s great to have her help.

Great tutor.
