Experienced Graduate Chemist capable of providing tuition in Chemistry, Physics and Maths up to A Level. Prefered Age Range 15-21.
I have had lots of Industrial and Technical Work experience which has supplemented my academic interests.
I believe in past paper practice, and will encourage students to master exam questions as a means of over coming obstacles and to gain confidence. I enjoy helping all standards and personality types. And I am quick to assess students strengths and weaknesses.
I am comfortable one to one or in small groups.

Availability: Evenings Only but some degree of flexibility.

Andrew Tutored my son Lewis for several months in Year 11 and as a result we saw a vast improvement in his knowledge, understanding and confidence in Chemistry. Andrew is patient, kind, very understanding and has a relaxed manner which worked really well with my son. Lewis jumped from a grade 4 to a grade 6 in pre-GCSE mock exams and was marginally shy of a grade 7. Terrific improvement and great credit to Andrew. Thank You.

I can`t rate Andrew highly enough. His unique style helped my son understand complicated topics in a way personal to him Andrew always responded quickly to my contact, tailored each lesson to my sons needs and spent his own time sourcing study materials or marking completed work Due to the current situatuion (Covid19) our time was short, but this doesn`t detract from my recommendation

My daughter was only able to have one lesson prior to lockdown but Andrew was excellent at evaluating what help she needed with her Chemistry A level.
