My name is Sophie and I am a fully qualified Maths Teacher with a PGCE who trained in Surrey, UK.

I worked at schools in Surrey for three years before moving to Dubai and working as a full time private Maths Tutor for one year.

I am currently the Head of Mathematics at a British International School in Europe teaching Years 7-13.

I have a passion for research based teaching and love reading books and attending conferences on this topic.

Experience: My previous students have ranged from age 5-18 as well as adults who have re-taken their maths GCSE for career purposes.

I have experience with the British Curriculum, GCSE, iGCSE, A Level, international A level, MYP, IB and the American curriculum. I have worked with students of all levels. Whether your child is at a foundation level and needs their confidence building in order to secure a grade 4 at GCSE, or is preparing to study Mathematics at university, the sessions we will have together will allow them to make great progress through personalised learning.
