I am a very enthusiastic and helpful tutor. I always try to explain where certain ideas come from and how they apply in the real world. I don’t like the idea of just memorising an equation or attempting a million past papers until those questions become second nature. My main goal is to help a student understand a concept so they can apply it to any similar question. My main goal is to help a student feel confident in mathematics!

I currently work as a Quality Assurance Analyst at an International Company and throughly enjoy tutoring on the evenings and weekends! I attended Greenhead College for my A-levels where I studied Maths, Biology and Chemistry. I have acquired an 2:1 honours in Mathematics from Coventry University where I was taught concepts that enable you to understand how certain equations are derived. I always try to approach problems in a creative way to find a simple solution to complex problems. I feel like this is an important attribute to improve a students learning journey.
